This represents a massive 82% increase compared to the previous year, proving that scalability and profitability can go hand-in-hand.
With 22,396 orders processed, we maintained a high level of operational efficiency. Our strategy focused on maximizing the Average Order Value (AOV) at $42.70, ensuring that every customer interaction contributed significantly to the brand's record-breaking annual performance.
The primary challenge was scaling revenue without allowing advertising costs to eat into the margins. We addressed this by optimizing our PPC structure, resulting in $471,962 in ad-generated sales. By maintaining a total ad spend of $72,645, we achieved a remarkable 6.5 ROAS, effectively balancing aggressive growth with cost control.
