Our journey with this Home & Kitchen brand focused on transforming low-margin sales into a highly profitable asset. By the end of August 2025, we successfully generated $220,997.62 in total ordered product sales. This growth was driven by a deep analysis of market trends and a commitment to maintaining an industry-leading net profit margin of 43.99%.
With 8,919 total order items and a strong customer trust reflected in 1.17 average units per order, we focused on unit economics. By strictly managing the $5.77 fulfillment cost and $2.40 referral fee, we ensured that every sale contributed significantly to the bottom line, rather than just increasing top-line numbers.
Initially, the brand faced stagnant growth with an average sales price of only $10.83. We identified that the brand was losing potential profit to rising logistics costs and unoptimized pricing. By implementing a strategic price increase to $15.99, we not only improved the profit per unit but also stabilized the conversion rate, leading to 10,395 units sold.
In this project, our primary goal was to take a struggling Amazon Private Label brand and optimize it for maximum scalability. By the end of August 2025, we achieved a significant milestone of $220,997.62 in total ordered product sales. This was not just about increasing revenue, but ensuring a healthy 43.99% net profit margin.
We analyzed 8,919 total order items to identify high-converting trends. By optimizing the cost structure—specifically managing fulfillment and referral fees—we ensured every sale contributed to the $2,229.53 monthly net profit trend. The average of 1.17 units per order reflects a strong customer trust built through optimized listing content.

By optimizing backend search terms and front-end A+ content, we pushed the units ordered count past the 5,000 mark within just 4 months of takeover.
With a revenue base of $220K+, we shifted focus to the 43.99% margin. We negotiated with suppliers and optimized shipping to keep the cost per unit at $8.96.
