In May 2021, I took over PPC management for a high-ticket electronics brand. The mission was clear: build a scalable PPC ecosystem that drives aggressive sales while keeping ACOS healthy in a high-CPC environment.

Over time, the store scaled into multiple sub-categories and international marketplaces – and I handled it all. From refining match types and keyword strategies to managing six-figure monthly budgets with performance-led automation, the brand’s advertising became a true sales engine.

I managed and scaled an Amazon PPC account for a premium electronics brand from May 2021 onward. The store had high-ticket items and operated in one of Amazon’s most competitive markets. Over 4 years, I engineered the ad strategy from scratch – from new product launch to international scaling – driving $23.7M+ in ad-attributed revenue while maintaining ACOS under 18%. This was not just management – this was long-term strategic growth.

Used performance-based bidding rules and placement multipliers

✅ Separated branded, competitor, and generic funnels
✅ Controlled ACoS without cutting down top-of-search visibility
✅ Constant keyword harvesting and negative targeting to keep campaigns fresh
✅ Built evergreen SOPs to maintain scaling even when new ASINs were added
